Where are your products made?
All of our products are made in the USA, with a few items (like the standard Disc Bound Covers and discs) imported from Belgium. However, 100% of the paper is manufactured in the USA and 100% of the assembly is done in the USA.

What do you charge for shipping?
Our rates vary depending on the total dollar amount of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all of the payment types listed below. All payment transactions are handled via PayPal.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to place an order?
Nope! We use PayPal for our shopping cart and checkout processes, however you do not need a PayPal account to complete the process.

Why was my order Undeliverable?
Occasionally, we receive orders with an incorrect address and these are marked as undeliverable by our shipper. Before the package is returned to us, we generally have an opportunity to intercept the package and provide the shipper with a new address. If this occurs, we will notify you with the following options:
- Invoice you for our shippers intercept charge. This charge is $10.
- Have the item returned to us and provide you with a full refund. Depending on the circumstance, we may also refund shipping charged.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return after four weeks from an estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Where can I find your products?
